To do this, simply follow the steps below:

  1. After your character wakes up on the beach during the first act of the game, you can find a set of double doors next to the Overgrown Ruins waypoint.
  2. Enter the doors by either lockpicking or by scaling the top of the cliff to reach an alternative entrance – be wary of bandits if you do this!
  3. Once inside the Dark Crypt, you’ll find an ornate sarcophagus that you can open to make Withers appear.
  4. After some brief dialogue, Withers will head back to your camp.
  5. Go to your camp and speak to Withers, and he’ll offer to respec any of your characters for a price of 100 gold.

After completing the steps above, Withers will remain at your camp for the duration of the game, and you’ll be able to respec any of your characters at any time as long as you have enough funds.
